19–20 สิงหาคม 2569 บริษัท ซีเคียวริตี้ พิทช์ จำกัด (Security Pitch) ร่วมกับคณะผู้วิจัยใน “โครงการวิจัยและพัฒนาระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อเป็นผู้ช่วยในการสอบสวนและสอบปากคำในคดีอาชญากรรมทางออนไลน์” ดำเนินกิจกรรมสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) ณ สถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองขอนแก่น ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่นำร่องของโครงการ เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะโดยตรงจากพนักงานสอบสวนผู้ปฏิบัติงานจริง
การ Focus Group แบ่งตามระดับตำแหน่ง เพื่อให้ได้มุมมองที่ครอบคลุมทั้งในระดับบริหารและระดับปฏิบัติ โดยวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม เวลา 13.30 น. เป็นกลุ่มพนักงานสอบสวนระดับ รอง ผกก. จำนวน 15 นาย ซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.ดร.พ.ต.อ.หญิง นิรมล ชื่นสงวน ร่วมในช่วงเปิดกิจกรรม และวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม เวลา 09.30 น. เป็นกลุ่มระดับ รอง สว. จำนวน 15 นาย ก่อนต่อด้วยกลุ่มระดับ สว. จำนวน 15 นาย เวลา 13.30 น.
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการรับฟังประสบการณ์ ปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ที่จะนำระบบไปใช้งานจริง เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้รับกลับไปวิเคราะห์และพัฒนาระบบ AI ผู้ช่วยสอบสวนให้สอดคล้องกับกระบวนการทำงานของพนักงานสอบสวนมากที่สุด ก่อนเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนการทดลองใช้งานจริง (Pilot Implementation) ต่อไป
การดำเนินงานสะท้อนแนวทางการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่ไม่ได้มุ่งเพียงสร้างนวัตกรรม แต่ให้ความสำคัญกับการนำ “งานวิจัย” มาทดสอบและพัฒนาร่วมกับผู้ใช้จริง โดยเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาการอาชญากรรมจาก Center for Crime Science เข้ากับเทคโนโลยี เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพงานสอบสวนและสนับสนุนกระบวนการยุติธรรมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

Security Pitch Advances “AI Investigation Assistant” Research Through Focus Groups with Frontline Investigators in Khon Kaen
19–20 August 2026 – Security Pitch Co., Ltd., together with the research team of the “Research and Development of an Artificial Intelligence System as an Assistant for Investigation and Interrogation in Online Crime Cases” project, conducted a series of Focus Group sessions at Mueang Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station, the project’s pilot site.
The sessions were organized by rank to capture perspectives from both management and operational levels. On 19 August at 1:30 PM, a Focus Group was conducted with 15 Deputy Superintendent-level investigators, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Pol. Col. Ying Niramol Chuensanguan joining the opening session. On 20 August, the research team continued with 15 Deputy Inspector-level investigators at 9:30 AM, followed by 15 Inspector-level investigators at 1:30 PM.
The Focus Groups provided an opportunity for frontline investigators to share their actual working experiences, challenges, requirements, and recommendations. These insights will be analyzed and incorporated into the continued development of the AI Investigation Assistant, ensuring that the system is aligned with real investigative workflows before proceeding to the Pilot Implementation phase.
This initiative reflects a research-driven approach to technology development—placing real users at the center of the process and connecting crime science knowledge from the Center for Crime Science with practical technological innovation to enhance investigation efficiency and strengthen the justice process.
